For 15 years, I owned and operated a manufacturing and installation company, running lean and wearing every hat to build and grow the business. Growth led to a capital raise and significant expansion, propelling the company to $6M+ in annual revenue and ultimately setting up a successful exit.

Afterward, I was brought on to lead sales efforts at multiple VC and PE-backed portfolio companies, where I drove revenue growth through aligned processes and innovative strategies. As VP of Sales, I led one of these companies to acquisition by a NASDAQ-listed firm. Throughout this journey, I mastered the tools, technology, and techniques needed to create transparency, increase revenues, and improve efficiency.
